Has something changed in the protocols that would cause EZ-Rom v2.20 to not be able to send files when someone tries to download a file from it?

In version 3.19 of Synchornet EZ-Rom worked just fine but now it no longer does so it made me wonder if some changes took place that may have made it so it will no longer work.

Thanks
