More background on this:
After Deuce's commit 2154c2b9295e07c (one month ago), the 'O' in the '/O' command that users frequently use to fast-log-off the terminal server (default command shell) was no longer being echoed to the client. My commit 473e880ec14 was to mitigate that issue, but according to Claude, did not address the root cause.
