Subj : src/sbbs3/smbutil.c To : Git commit to main/sbbs/master From : Rob Swindell (on Debian Linux) Date : Thu Oct 01 2026 13:35:41 https://gitlab.synchro.net/main/sbbs/-/commit/6c246751a34be47eb89716b4 Modified Files: src/sbbs3/smbutil.c Log Message: smbutil: 'L' command leaves the message base lock file behind again Since bb6381902f (boots-19-reads, 2026-01-16), smb_close() removes the base's lock file whenever smb_t.is_locked is set. smbutil's 'L' command locks the base and then closes it, so the lock file it had just created was immediately deleted and 'L' did nothing. Clear is_locked after 'L' creates the lock, so the file stays until 'U' removes it. Reported by Nelgin (EOTLBBS) via DOVE-Net.
