Stock Spanish, French and German text: single-word strings, fixes

text.es.ini, text.fr.ini and text.de.ini now translate the single-word
strings: the command words and nouns the stock menus display by @-code
(List, Next, Search, Read, File, Message, ...), month and weekday
abbreviations, and Never, Deleted, Deleting, Locally and the like.

Wrong existing entries are corrected, among them French On/Off ("Sur",
"De"), Minutes ("Compte-rendu") and the [JS] File ("Lime"); German On
("Auf"), Seconds ("Mnachschlag"), FREE ("KOSTEN") and Unlimited
("Unbergrenzt"); Spanish Yes ("Si"). The ago/from-now words are ones
that read correctly after the number.

Words whose first letter is a command key are chosen so they don't
collide within a prompt (e.g. the QWK menu keys), and List starts with L
in all three because the quoting prompt displays that key. German keeps
Download and Upload, which are in common use and would otherwise share H.

viewimsgs.js accepted only P and N while displaying the translated
Previous and Next words; it now accepts the keys it shows.
