FSEditor: keep the trailing space of a "-- " signature delimiter line

FSEditor trims trailing whitespace from each line when it saves, which
turned the standard signature delimiter "-- " (RFC 3676) into "--". The
delimiter is how a signature is recognized and stored as the message
tail, so a message saved from FSEditor lost that separation. A line of
exactly "-- " is now saved as is.
