Spanish/French text: Quit words no longer collide with Download

The stock Spanish ("Dejar") and French ("Demissionner") translations of
Quit start with D, the same key as Download. The QWK menu fell back to Q
for Quit, but its menu files displayed D for both. Use "Terminar" and
"Quitter", which collide with no QWK menu key. (#1242)
