RIP menus: drop the defunct bidirectional batch transfer option

The batch transfer menu accepts no 'B' key (bidirectional transfers are
not supported), so remove its "Bidirectional Transfer" button and label
from batchxfr.rip, and relabel transfer.rip's batch menu button from
"Batch/Bidirectional" to "Batch File Transfer".
