Identify the former occupant of user.misc bit 25

Bit 25 was CTERM_FONTS, removed in 462ff72b05 (slot-13-task, 2019-07-12)
because nothing read it. It was part of TERM_FLAGS, so terminal
auto-detection set it, and it survives in user records created before
that removal: 39 of 1457 on one system, every one of them first logging
on in 2019 or earlier.

Naming it makes the constraint checkable. The absent #define is what made
the bit look available.
