syncdrive: shared high scores, the xtrn package, and a key-help card

The high-score entry now fills in the caller's BBS alias and locks it, and
the table is re-read, merged and written under a lock on SCORES.lck, so two
nodes that qualify at once both keep their entry. That is the one patch to
the vendored engine.

xtrn/testdrive holds the installer data, a getdata.js that installs a
sysop-supplied copy of the original game files and verifies TDEGA.EXE, the
settings template and the sysop README.

F1 or Ctrl-K shows the keys over a frozen picture, because nothing else
explains that shifting is one press of A or Z per gear and that the arrow
keys never move the knob through the gear gate. The door also logs which
driving mode a session got, key-repeat or held-key.
