xpdoor: fix inverted ANSI/CP437 detection when parsing DOOR.SYS

A truthy strcmp() means "not equal", so a graphics mode (line 20) of
"GR" yielded CP437 without ANSI and "NG" yielded both, exactly
backwards.

Comparing against 0 alone is not enough: GETBUF() leaves the line
terminator in the buffer, unlike GETSBUF(), which runs truncnl(). The
corrected comparison would never match, and every caller would come
away with no display flags at all.
