Add support for block fonts

This minor change appears to be all that was necessary to support block TheDraw
Fonts, or at least, the example fonts that Nelgin sent me:

TDFONTS1.TDF and TDFONTS2.TDF

Outline fonts (e.g. TDFONTS0.TDF) appear to need more special handling still
(e.g. the mapping of 'A' to 205, etc.).
