Personally I find this infuriating. I can open in a new window if I want by middle-clicking in Mozilla, but I don't like pages which make the decision for me. Besides, left-click is standard for 'open link in this window' and having it open a new window is potentially confusing to your users. will ditch your frames but open in the current window.
