Only ADA mirrors, I think. There's enough of those to justify
restricting the mirror list to only those which have the full ADA.
(Though, of course, if you want to have your own mirror of the FAQ only
that's completely up to you.)

Yeah, if you read the start you'll note that this is one of the answers
I haven't rewritten yet -- so at the moment it's just a cesspool of
stuff left over from the old FAQ, which is yet to be reorganized.
