A few matters have arisen since I wrote this, so some clarification is now
required I feel.

The 'default' site is designed to be HTML 4.0 compliant, using CSS to define
it's look. The preffered way to change the look of the site to fit in with
yours is to alter the CSS file, but obviously some people would like to add
a title for their site and some site navigation links to the document, so I
have made allowances for this. If you do sign up, you are free to alter the
look of the pages in any way you see fit for your site, but it is preferred
that you don't change the content of the pages/documents on the site.
The majority of the documents are in plain text (.txt) format, meaning that
adding styles and links is not possible. Again it is preffered that you
don't change the filenames of the files and so don't change the .txts to
htmls. You can do so if you wish, but it will make linking awkward.

So hopefully now I have made everyone mostly happy. I hope that this
compromise will be to everyone's taste, and that everyone that was put off
by the 'to CSS or not to CSS' and the 'adding site specific stuff'
arguements.
