I disagree with you on this one Veronica. If you want the mirror site to
look just like the original document, the the auto wrap of not using 
will definitely make the document look quite different. So in this instance,
I can honestly say I would use 
 so that everytime they came back to the
page (no matter what size their browser is) it would always look EXACTLY the
same (in view form anyway).

But everyone is hosting their own mirror, so they should do what they want.

I use 
 on all my FAQ's. I didn't used too, until I noticed that it did
look different everytime I came back to it. I do happen to resize my windows
often.
