|meaning that the | followed immediately by a number will produce colors on

I doubt that it will like my quotey bar then eh? Well the fact is that pipe
| characters are very often used in ascii art so if you can`t see them then
the ascii art is going to look pretty crap in this group anyway.

Ahh well... If I understand correctly it only happens when the | is followed
by a number, which rarely occurs (it does sometimes though!)
