That's just the way her newreader works, left in its default settings. If you
use a common newsreader such as the one from netscape, you won't see any
garbage.

You will see more and more people with newsreaders like that even if you post
the FAQ every hour.

Sarah, I don't think that your newsreader is the cause of your problem. Cut
and paste is a function of the computer Operationg System (not a function of
your newsreader or any other program) and if that does not work, than you may
have a computer configuration problem. Get a computer guru friend to
troubleshoot. It is not really possible to troubleshoot from afar.
