Touche !  It _is_ absolutely hilarious because your own lines are 
wrapping at 71/72 columns.

The TIN newsreader also wraps lines at 76 columns which can be a 
real pain with Ascii art pictures because it makes them double-line
spaced like Eli Ganam's Very Own Cat.

The double spacing can also be caused by trailing blanks exceeding 
the line-wrap column setting.
