Gif Construction Set (from alchemy) Miscrosoft GIF Animator (look for on the MS Image composer page) GifgIfgiF Animagic this are some of the utilities that can compose animated gifs ... there's no html script for doing such thing as animated gif, they're only one file that conforms to the GIF89a (compuserve did it) Find a Tucows mirror site and get into the image viewers section, you can find almost all of this and more in there.
