A friend of mine is fed up with getting "FAST CASH" posts
made inappropriately to another group that we sub to that
he now wants to actually send them the stinkin' $5.00 
they're trying to scam from us!

He has asked for me to make him an ASCII $5.00 bill, but 
alas, I'm sure there are more talented artists here than I.
Can someone please create one for me?
