To Install: Place diskette in drive and Type INSTALL using 
            the appropriate drive designation. 
            Press the Enter Key.


To Run:     Upon completion do installation process:
            Change Directory to \OSHARE on your Hard Drive.
            Type FILEBASE and press the Enter Key.
